Conditions

• The price is per night.
• The Ecotax is not included (more info.)
• The minimum stay per reservation is 7 nights.
• The months of May, June, July, August, September and October are not allowed to leave days off between reserve and reserve. That is, between reservation and reservation there must be at least 7 days, to give the possibility that another reservation can be made on those days, or be attached to the other reservation, so as not to leave days off.
• The house has a fireplace for free use, on the other hand, the use of the heating will incur a supplement of 20€ per day.
• If you have any questions, contact us by sending us an email through the contact page, we will be happy to solve them.
• Once the reservation is made, it will be marked as a query, you will receive an email, detailing the steps to follow in order to be confirmed and reserved.
• To confirm the reservation, 25% of the total reservation must be paid, which will be made by bank transfer.
• Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out must be at 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
• Upon entering, a deposit of 200€ must be paid, which will be returned within a maximum period of 48 hours after departure by bank transfer.
